friday 13
never felt more miserable than today.
so happen that little unfortunate events built up against me over the past few weeks. grandma is back in hospital, lost my thumb drive and thus no way of extracting info from my laptop, kinda screwed up some project, in addition to all those problems like my toothache that i've yet to resolve. yesterday was bad enough. my wafers didn't get processed because i muddleheadedly put a 'pls hold' remark for the lithography step. made the phd student i'm working with come down for nothing. thus we decided to do it today. but things got mismanaged again. now i think half my wafers are also screwed... maybe my fyp too. sigh.
i thought i knew ee4412 very well... today just disproved it. three questions of that online tutorial so claimed to be an 'insult to intelligence' became truly insulting to my esteem. i couldn't do any.
oh well nvm. at least when i get to ime later in the day i can get over with a large part of my processes for my wafers. but after that i got an sms from the phd student that she cannot meet me coz she sick. wheeness. now that my wafers went thru the litho step, ie coated with resist and patterened, it shld be best that i do the etching straightaway. if i leave them there for too long the resist will absorb moisture and possibly collapse. and coz i can't do the etching today, the resist will surely have much fun collapsing over the weekend. casualty rate: 4/9 wafers.
